For example, within any event, you can create a group channel titled “design” and invite the florist, the venue, the stylist and the couple to join. Now, all design-related discussions will be archived and accessed easily under “design”. Private channels can also be created, allowing you to control what your client sees, keeping details behind the scenes. Gone are the days of overwhelming email folders and messages!
